A club platform for Ahli Halab Basketball Academy: a bilingual public site, a training-management dashboard for every role, and live camera streams so parents can watch sessions.

One club, three audiences
The academy needed a public face for families and fans, a tool for coaches and staff to run training, and a way for parents to see their kids play without being in the hall.
I managed delivery and built the front end as a Next.js monorepo, so the public site and the dashboard share one design language, one component library and one set of types. I also set up the camera-to-NVR connection myself.
Three products in one repo
Training management
Multi-role access for admins, coaches and parents: groups and sessions, attendance, performance evaluations and parent reports.
Live camera streams
Cameras in the training hall stream to parents. I connected them to the NVR and routed recordings to a VPS I manage, so footage stays self-hosted.
